“自我超越”团队价值观一致性与创业绩效——一个有调节的中介模型

摘要
创业团队是影响创业绩效的关键性因素,但是,已有研究大多关注创业团队外部异质性如年龄、教育水平、经验等易观测人口统计特征,而忽略价值观对团队治理效率的作用,也并未解决"什么样的创业团队通过何种路径来取得更好绩效"的问题。本文基于高阶理论、价值观理论、社会交换理论与创业学相关理论研究了创业团队"自我超越"价值观一致性与创业绩效之间的逻辑关系,并检验了知识共享的中介机制以及女性创业者参与在"团队价值观一致性—知识共享"关系中的调节机制。利用对175个创业团队数据实证研究发现:创业团队"自我超越"价值观一致性与创业绩效呈正向相关;创业团队成员较高的"自我超越"价值观一致性会增加成员之间互相交流、分享知识和信息的意愿,从而提升创业绩效;有女性创业者参与的团队,成员"自我超越"价值观一致性对于创新绩效的正向影响会更加显著。研究结论对于进一步理解创业绩效的来源有重要理论意义,并对创业团队组建与管理有一定实践启示。
