基于宏观视角的中国农业劳动力转移影响因素分析

摘要：

改革开放以来,中国大量农业劳动力转移到非农产业。本文在一个修正的两部门经济模型的基础上,从宏观角度对影响中国农业劳动力转移的因素进行了分解分析。研究发现,恩格尔效应对中国农业劳动力转移发挥了主要推动作用,鲍莫尔效应对中国农业劳动力转移产生了负向影响,资本深化效应对中国农业劳动力转移的贡献则逐渐经历了从负到正的转变。未来持续推动中国农业劳动力转移进程,需要在继续发挥恩格尔效应的积极作用的同时,努力提高农业部门资本深化水平和农业生产率水平,以提高资本深化效应和鲍莫尔效应对推动中国农业劳动力转移的贡献。
