<正> 糖尿病肾病(diabeticnephropathy,DN)是糖尿病的严重微血管并发症之一,近年来发病率逐渐增高。在欧美等国家,DN已成为终末期肾病(ESRD)的首位病因。在国内,DN所导致的肾功能衰竭亦日益增多,目前已居国内终末期肾功能衰竭病因的第二位。同时,由于DN伴有糖代谢紊
