摘要：

慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)抗病毒治疗持续应答(sustained response,SR)的预测依然是有待深入探讨的重要临床问题。近年来认识到HBsAg定量是一种非常重要的SR预测因子,也是CHB抗病毒治疗终点最理想的判断指标。本文全面介绍了慢性HBV感染者血清HBsAg水平的自然变化趋势、影响因素及其与抗病毒治疗的关系。
