摘要
秉承"以患者为中心,以员工为主体"的理念,构建了健康护理工作环境模型并进行实践,致力于护理工作环境的整体优化。在改善护理工作环境的同时,提高了护士工作满意度并发挥连带效应,获得了同行认可。
