<正>天然黄酮类化合物(flavonoids)是以2-苯基色原酮为基本母核的植物酚性物质,现在则是泛指两个具有酚羟基的苯环(A环和B环)通过中间3个碳原子链连接而成的一系列化合物,按母核分为黄酮、黄酮醇、二氢黄酮、查尔酮等诸多类型。长期以来,人们从蔬菜、水果和中草药制剂中摄取黄酮类成分,因此黄酮类化合物也许是最为安全的非免疫原性药食兼用生物活性物质之一。近期大量的国内外研究表明,黄酮类化合物具有一定的抑癌和防癌作用,尤其是对乳腺癌、卵巢癌、前列腺癌等激素依
