摘要
:
目的研究白花蛇舌草不同萃取组分的体外抗氧化作用。方法分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇对白花蛇舌草80%乙醇提取物进行萃取,采用紫外分光光度法测定各萃取物总黄酮的含量,采用清除1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基(DPPH)自由基、还原能力两种体外化学模型,研究并比较不同萃取组分的抗氧化作用差异。结果白花蛇舌草不同萃取组分(HDE,HDB,HDW)的总黄酮含量分别为86.186 8,85.564 6,16.059 2 mg/g,其清除DPPH自由基能力和还原能力均随总黄酮浓度的增加而上升;3种萃取物的抗氧化能力与所含总黄酮的量有一定相关性。结论白花蛇舌草3种萃取组分均有较强的抗氧化能力,对体外自由基有较好的清除作用。
