植物黄酮抗骨质疏松作用的研究进展

摘要
骨质疏松症是一种以骨量减少为特征的骨病,导致骨折的风险增加,给社会及患者带来极大的经济和生活负担。鉴于目前用于临床治疗相关药物在抗骨质疏松方面尚有诸多不良反应,寻找潜在的抗骨质疏松药物对于以后开发新的靶向药物具有迫切的现实意义。长期以来研究人员通过体外细胞实验、动物研究以及临床实验报告证实植物黄酮具有抗骨质疏松作用,其作用机制与植物黄酮促进骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)的成骨分化以及骨形成,抑制破骨细胞的破骨分化和骨吸收活性有关。近年来,研究人员运用网络药理学筛选出植物黄酮中有效成分,得到成分-疾病-靶标调控网络,为进一步将基础研究成果转化为临床应用提供有效的途径。本文通过查阅国内外文献,对植物黄酮抗骨质疏松作用及机制研究进行综述,旨在为进一步挖掘植物黄酮中高活性的成分以及相关分子机制研究提供研究思路和理论依据。
