经济不确定性与经济波动研究进展

2008年国际金融危机爆发之后,世界经济复苏缓慢,国际经济协调难度增大,经济不确定性加剧逐渐成为世界面临的突出问题,引起学者与政策制定者的高度关注与重视。本文从实体经济不确定性、经济政策不确定性两个方面探讨经济不确定性的测度方法,从Hartman-Abel效应、增长期权效应、实物期权效应、金融摩擦效应、消息和信任、预防性储蓄效应六个方面阐述经济不确定性影响经济波动的传导机制,并进一步分析经济不确定性影响经济波动的实证研究。目前而言,大部分研究认为经济不确定性是逆周期的,主要通过实物期权机制、金融摩擦机制等渠道加剧经济波动。从某种程度上来说,经济不确定性与经济波动的因果关系已打破国界,产生的外溢效应值得进一步追踪研究。
