摘要：

抑郁症是临床常见的精神疾病,其患病率高,自杀风险大。据世界卫生组织统计,抑郁症的患病率占全球人口的11%,自杀人群中抑郁症患者占50～70%,严重影响人类的生活质量与安全,降低抑郁症患者的患病率及自杀率具有重要的现实意义,重复经颅磁刺激(r TMS)作为21世纪新兴技术,在降低抑郁症患者自杀风险方面有确切的作用。文章总结近几年国内外相关文献,就r TMS治疗抑郁症及对自杀风险影响的研究进展做一综述。
