摘要：

在孤独症儿童的康复过程中,患儿父母起关键的主导作用,其心理健康直接关系着患儿能否坚持康复治疗及其疗效水平。本文综述国内外关于孤独症儿童父母照护压力、负性心理损害、创伤后成长及其对患儿影响的相关研究,聚焦患儿父母心理健康的影响因素;以期为开展孤独症患儿父母身心健康维护、进而促进孤独症患儿疗效的研究和实践提供依据。
