摘要
<正>腰痛是多种脊柱疾患最为常见的症状,严重影响人体健康,降低患者生活质量。临床中大约有40%的慢性腰痛归属于椎间盘病变,有关椎间盘源性腰痛的研究近些年来逐渐深入,形成了椎间盘源性腰痛的理论。笔者就椎间盘源性腰痛的认识及治疗进行综述,以为其研究进展的现状提供参考。
