各省区高校技术转移的全过程评价研究——基于突变理论的视角

摘要
我国高校技术转移效率低下,如何正确评价各省区高校技术转移过程,探寻阻碍转移的关键因素成为急需解决的重大问题。本文在界定高校技术转移概念和运行机制的基础上,构建一套完整的高校技术转移的全过程评价体系,并采用定性与定量结合的突变综合评价法,为科学高效地评价高校技术转移提供借鉴,最后验证突变评价结果,并提出改善高校技术转移现状的对策建议。
