增龄性肌肉衰减症和骨质疏松的运动处方研究进展

摘要
增龄常伴随肌肉量减少和骨质疏松发生,使老年人日常生活能力受到影响。近年研究表明,运动对肌肉骨骼系统有明显益处,包括预防和治疗这些症状。本文基于近年相关研究成果,对运动防治增龄性肌肉衰减和骨质疏松的运动处方进行综述,显示抗阻力训练是预防和治疗增龄性肌肉衰减及骨质疏松的最有效方法;超过半年的长期快走或慢跑能增加老年人腿部肌肉量。
