摘要
<正>功能性的维生素D主要包括维生素D3和维生素D2。维生素D除了具有传统意义上的骨骼效应,它还有着广泛的非骨骼效应,与心血管疾病、免疫疾病、糖尿病、肿瘤等疾病密切相关。25-羟基维生素D(25OHD)测定是衡量维生素D营养状态的最佳指标。根据测定原理不同,目前25OHD的测定方法可分为多种,液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)具有特异性强、准确性高的特点,被认为是评价维生素D营养状况的"金标准"测定法。
