摘要：

<正>TNFα拮抗剂是一类生物制剂,通过特异性、靶向性拮抗TNFα达到治疗风湿病的目的。依那西普(商品名益赛普?)是重组人Ⅱ型TNF受体-抗体融合蛋白,是我国第一个上市的TNFα拮抗剂,分别于2005年和2007年获得我国国家食品药品监督管理局批准,用于类风湿关节炎（RA）、强直性脊柱炎（AS）和银屑病的治疗。为科学、规范地使用依那西普,国内风湿病学临床专家在总结国内外已发表风湿病治疗指南、TNFα拮抗剂治疗指南与专家共识的基础上,
