基于社会资本和计划行为理论的知识共享影响因素研究

摘要：

在知识共享过程中,个人意愿直接决定共享行为是否发生。为此,结合社会资本理论和计划行为理论构建研究模型,以服务业为研究对象,通过问卷调查方式,探讨了员工知识共享态度和意愿的影响因素。结果显示:信任、形象、失去知识权威对知识共享态度有显著影响;知识共享态度、主观规范和感知行为控制对知识共享意愿有显著影响;而乐于助人对知识共享态度没有显著影响。
