摘要：

创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)是当机体遭受生命威胁或者强烈精神创伤后发生的精神疾病。近年来关于PTSD的机制研究主要包括HPA轴功能失调、神经递质水平异常、谷氨酸系统失衡以及其它相关蛋白表达异常。尽管目前关于PTSD的研究已经取得了较大成就,但其准确的神经生物学机制仍然有待于进一步的研究。
