钨及其合金涂层的研究现状

摘要
稀有金属钨属于难熔金属,具有良好的化学稳定性以及高温特性,广泛应用于现代工业及国防军工领域。然而钨资源是不可再生资源,价格昂贵且加工困难,极大地限制了它的应用。采用各种表面工程技术在基体材料表面制备钨及其合金功能涂层,赋予基体材料以优异的物理及化学性能,既在一定程度上拓宽其应用范围,又节约了资源。文中综述了目前国内外制备钨及其合金涂层的主要技术手段,并对各技术手段的特点及研究现状进行了对比分析,最后对钨基合金涂层的发展方向进行了展望。
