细胞因子在肺纤维化发生发展中起重要作用。本文对近几年来关于Ⅰ、Ⅱ型细胞因子及转化生长因子 β在纤维化过程中的变化规律和作用机制以及治疗此类疾病等方面的研究进展进行了综述。
