摘要
创新不仅是企业竞争力的核心,也是一个国家乃至整个世界繁荣发展的关键。如何提高员工的创新能力是理论界和实务界广泛关注的话题。本文从个体和情景视角,对国内外员工创新行为前因和结果变量的实证研究进行了系统性归纳和梳理,并指出了现有研究的不足,为后续进行创新行为的研究提供了有益借鉴。
