摘要：

综述了目前国内外常用的医患沟通技能评价方法 ,从专家评价法、自我评价法和患者评价法三方面及相应的评价工具进行阐述。提示沟通技能必须结合沟通环境或沟通对象的不同而改变;不同量表均有其特定的适应范围和局限性,在使用过程中还需根据研究目的选择合适的量表。
