高铁建设的就业效应研究——基于中国285个城市倾向匹配倍差法的证据

摘要
本文基于新经济地理理论构建了高铁建设引致的区域就业增长概念模型,并采用PSM-DID方法对我国高铁建设的就业效应进行实证检验。结果发现,高铁建设显著提升了高铁城市的就业水平,但主要对其中大城市和东、中部城市的就业促进效应显著,高铁就业效应的充分发挥一定程度上是以当地经济发展水平为前提条件的;分行业分析发现,高铁建设显著降低了第一产业的就业水平,促进了第二产业尤其是第三产业的就业增长,特别是对第三产业中的批发零售、住宿餐饮业等消费性服务业及信息、软件等生产性服务业中高附加值行业的就业促进效应最强;在高铁走廊,高铁主要促进了就业密度处于中、低位,尤其是低位高铁城市的就业转移和增长,有利于高铁走廊就业一体化发展,但存在地区和行业差异。
