<正>脑卒中是指急性起病,由于脑局部血液循环障碍所导致的神经功能缺损综合征,症状持续至少24h[1]。根据2012年中国卫生统计年鉴,脑血管病是我国城市居民的第3位死亡原因,是农村居民第2位的死亡原因。缺血性卒中是最常见的脑卒中类型,在脑卒中患者中约占85%[2]。1996年美国食品和药物管理局(Food and Drug Administration,FDA)批准使用静脉注射重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(Recombinant Tis-
