骨质疏松关联性分子信号通路及其临床应用

摘要
骨质疏松症是一种系统性的骨骼疾病,具有骨量减少、骨结构破坏、骨脆性增加及随之而来的骨折风险增加等特点,极大地影响着人们的生活质量,甚至引起病死率的上升,因而逐渐引起人们的重视。骨组织中包括了3种影响骨形成及吸收的细胞,分别为破骨细胞、成骨细胞及骨细胞,它们的数量及功能质量将直接影响骨重塑过程,而分子信号通路对于调节细胞数量及功能起至关重要的作用,本文着重对影响上述3种细胞增生分化及功能发挥的重要调控信号通路及针对信号通路中特定靶点进行干预治疗骨质疏松的进展作全面归纳。此外,本文还涉及骨质疏松"组学"研究及相关应用治疗进展,包括基因组学研究、RNA组学研究、蛋白质组学研究、骨髓间充质干细胞研究。未来应更加注重对骨重塑机制的深入了解,特别是对骨形成及吸收的共同研究。
