技术多样化对企业创新数量和创新质量的影响研究

本文基于2006—2013年中国制造业上市公司数据,用熵指数法测度技术多样化,以专利数量衡量创新数量,以专利前向引用衡量创新质量,研究了企业相关和不相关技术多样化对创新数量和创新质量的影响。研究发现:相关技术多样化对创新数量和创新质量具有"倒U"型影响,不相关技术多样化对创新数量和创新质量具有正向影响;相关和不相关技术多样化之间的平衡弱化了相关技术多样化对创新数量的"倒U"型影响,增强了不相关技术多样化对创新数量和创新质量的正向影响;相关和不相关技术多样化通过吸收知识溢出提高了企业的创新数量和创新质量。我们的结论经多种检验都比较稳健,为企业通过技术多样化提升创新数量和创新质量提供了经验证据。
