银杏叶及其化学成分对CYP3A4和CYP2C9影响的研究进展

摘要
银杏叶是临床上使用广泛的中草药之一,主要化学成分包括黄酮类和萜类内酯两大类。近年来,国内外大量的研究表明银杏叶及其化学成分能够影响细胞色素P450酶的表达,并通过细胞色素P450酶影响其他药物的代谢。现从银杏叶及其化学成分对CYP3A4和CYP2C9的影响,及其通过CYP3A4、CYP2C9影响其他药物代谢等方面进行综述。
