高管团队社会责任取向异质性、程序理性与决策质量的关系——基于中国企业的实证研究

摘要
企业社会责任运动是影响企业高管团队成员认知与决策的重要情境,文章从经济责任、法律责任和道德责任三个维度分析高管团队社会责任取向与程序理性和决策质量的关系。285家企业的实证结果发现:高管成员经济责任取向正向影响程序理性、负向影响决策质量;法律责任取向正向影响程序理性和决策质量;道德责任取向负向影响程序理性、正向影响决策质量。程序理性的中介效应也得到了验证。
