人类发展指数研究前沿探析及未来展望

摘要：

作为目前评价经济发展较成功的方法之一,人类发展指数(HDI)自1990年提出至今,联合国计划开发署等机构和各国学者进行了探索和改进。文章聚焦于国内外在此领域的最新进展,从HDI提出的理论基础、指标选取及测算、方法应用等层面进行文献梳理,指出已有研究在HDI的指标选择、阈值确定、数据质量、合成方法、仅评价国别发展而未涉及一国内部区域差距等方面存在缺陷,建议从理论基础的拓展、本土化研究的实践、影响指标的增加和测量方法的改进、比较研究的推进等方面加以改进。
