摘要
利用基因转移技术将外源基因直接导入小麦再生性胚性愈伤组织 ,并培育出了抗除草剂小麦 ,也有助于通过修饰小麦籽粒蛋白质和淀粉结构改良小麦品质。这些基因转移的综合技术发展很快 ,正成为小麦育种的组成部分
