考虑风险的交直流混联系统鲁棒备用优化

摘要
为协同调度多区交直流混联系统的发电资源,并应对风电出力的强不确定性,提出了一种考虑风险的鲁棒备用优化模型。该模型采用线性化潮流考虑了系统无功和电压约束,以获得更加准确且可靠的发电及备用计划。同时,与传统的鲁棒优化模型不同,该模型将不确定性集的边界建模为决策变量从而进行优化,并相应地评估了系统运行风险,包括弃风风险与失负荷风险2类。为减轻区域间的通信负担,同时保护区域内的信息安全,基于我国交直流混联系统的层级结构,制定了分解调度策略,进一步采用目标级联分析法分布式地并行求解所提模型,可通过有限次迭代获得可接受的近似最优解。在2区域12节点系统和3区域354节点系统上的算例分析验证了所提模型与算法的有效性。
