基于自我效能感调节作用的工作不安全感对建言行为的影响研究

摘要
基于对286名员工及其直接上级的调查,分析了工作不安全感对建言行为的影响以及自我效能感的调节作用。研究表明,工作不安全感对建言行为存在倒U形的影响;员工的自我效能感对建言行为具有积极的影响,并对工作不安全感与建言行为之间的关系具有调节作用。最后,分析了研究的理论贡献、管理启示以及未来的研究方向。
