他汀类药物调脂外作用在临床应用的研究进展

摘要：

心血管疾病(CVD)一直是全球第一大死亡原因。已经有大量证据证实无论是在一级还是二级预防方面,他汀类药物都可以降低冠心病(CHD)和脑卒中的发病率和死亡率。这些证据还显示出他汀类药物还可以使其他高危的心血管疾病获益,如糖尿病、慢性肾病、慢性心功能衰竭、心律失常和外周血管疾病。目前所有心血管疾病的指南都推荐对无禁忌证的患者给予他汀治疗。本文综述了他汀类药物调脂外作用在临床应用的研究进展。
