国外员工情绪与创造力研究的新进展

摘要
针对国内情绪与创造力研究存在的问题,介绍了国外研究的新进展:(1)发展出复杂情绪概念;(2)应用了体验取样法;(3)考察了工作特征影响员工情绪和创造力的路径。综述表明,员工情绪与创造力研究已发展到新阶段,情绪管理策略日渐丰富。最后,分析了国外研究不足、指出了有待研究的理论空白点。
