干细胞治疗急性心肌梗死的应用日益广泛,结合超声微泡可辅助干细胞在心肌梗死区靶向归巢,增加局部血管新生;微泡联合基因修饰干细胞,可进一步提高移植效率,改善心脏功能。同时,也有许多问题待研究解决。
