摘要
血管性认知障碍随人口老龄化及高血压、糖尿病、脑卒中等疾病发生率的增高而日益多见。本文复习近年文献,从分类、危险因素、病理、认知受损领域及相关因素、预后等方面,综述血管性认知障碍的最新研究进展。
