制造企业绿色供应链管理对物流能力的影响研究

摘要：

在中国制造企业背景下,建立绿色供应链管理和物流能力的多维度结构,并测量两者之间的影响关系。问卷调查分析结果表明,绿色供应链管理包括:绿色采购、绿色制造、绿色销售和绿色回收。物流能力包括:物流流程能力、柔性能力和信息整合能力。绿色采购、绿色制造、绿色销售对物流流程能力产生直接正向影响,绿色制造和绿色销售对物流柔性能力产生直接正向影响;绿色销售和绿色回收对企业绩效产生直接正向影响;物流流程能力和物流柔性能力对企业绩效产生直接正向影响,且在绿色供应链管理和企业绩效之间具有部分中介效应。最后,根据研究结论提出相应的建议。
