电子书包满意度影响因素研究

摘要
电子书包发展已十余年,但对使用满意度的研究为数较少。本研究旨在通过逐步多元回归分析方法预测电子书包满意度的影响因素。通过网络对我国某省市使用电子书包的71所小学的5,788名学生展开问卷调查,建立电子书包满意度影响因素模型进行实证研究。研究结果表明,感知有用性、感知易用性、使用态度、感知有效性以及互动学习活动可作为预测因子积极影响电子书包满意度,而自我效能感则无显著影响。此外,在学生个人背景信息中,性别差异对电子书包满意度不存在显著影响,年级、电子书包使用频率、家长对学习重视程度的不同显著影响电子书包满意度水平。最后,从教师、家长、学生以及技术角度对提升电子书包满意度提出建议。
