<正>随着免疫性中枢神经系统疾病研究的快速发展,癫痫与免疫因素的关系成为一个研究新热点,目前"免疫性"已被正式列为癫痫病因,进而逐渐提出自身免疫性癫痫（autoimmune epilepsy,AE）的概念并被癫痫学界认可[1]。虽然AE在人群中患病率、诊断标准、治疗指南方面尚无定论,但近年来国内外发布的文献为AE流行病学的发展、临床诊疗方案的选择提供了更多的证据,同时也提出了一些新
