<正>失语症是卒中患者常见的语言障碍,目前失语症的康复治疗主要还是采取常规语言训练手段。近年来,经颅直流电刺激（transcranial direct current stimulation,tDCS）应用于大脑皮质功能可塑性调节取得了良好效果,已有多个研究应用于脑卒中失语症患者。在针对失语症的tDCS治疗中,已有多个报道通过左外侧裂后部阳极刺激改善图命名[1—2]。本病例观察发现进行额颞交界区的阳极tDCS刺激改善了患者的
