摘要
子宫内膜异位症(EMs)病因学说之经血倒流学说是在免疫缺陷的基础上发生的。EMs 患者的血清和腹腔液中多种细胞介导的免疫成分有功能变化,这些免疫成分如自然杀伤细胞、肿瘤坏死因子和白细胞介素等发生变化导致降低对异位的子宫内膜的免疫监视、识别和破坏,最后发生 EMs。
