基于随机尖点突变理论的心理契约研究

摘要
心理契约的演化因外界扰动的影响而表现为随机系统,同时展现出了非线性突变特征,因此利用随机尖点突变理论来分析心理契约离散变化即建立—破坏的突变机制.将人格和组织氛围作为控制变量、心理契约作为状态变量,利用Cuspfit软件拟合了实际数据.分析得出如下结论:1)组织氛围作为正则变量、人格作为分歧变量共同影响心理契约的突变;2)心理契约存在两类不同的离散变化,扰动性突跳和结构性突变;3)当参数在分歧集合内时,心理契约因外界随机干扰而发生扰动性突跳,当参数穿过分歧集合边界时,心理契约由于自组织的作用发生结构性突变;4)滞后现象说明了心理契约一旦破坏,就很难重新建立.
