移动图书馆持续使用意愿的实证分析

文章基于任务—技术匹配模型(TTF),引入感知的影响,构建移动图书馆持续使用意愿的影响因素模型。通过问卷搜集100份有效样本,采用结构方程模型进行数据分析。结果表明:任务—技术匹配显著影响使用移动图书馆的态度和感知的影响,而态度显著影响使用行为;使用行为直接作用于持续意愿并通过感知的影响产生间接作用,而任务—技术匹配对使用行为不产生影响。
