摘要：

<正>近年来,社会医学和临床医学研究越来越多地将生命质量(quality of life,QOL)测评作为健康结果测评方法。通常的做法是通过比较前后2个时间点上的生命质量的变化,来评价疾病的影响或干预的效果。但生命质量在不同时间对不同的人有着不同的含义,生命质量的含义会发生变化。
