摘要：

芦荟大黄素(aloe-emodin)是从芦荟、大黄及决明子等传统中药中提取的一种蒽醌类生物活性成分,具有心血管保护、保肝、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、皮肤调理、免疫调节及泻下等药理作用,因此其引起国内外学者的广泛关注。本文对芦荟大黄素药理作用的研究进行综述,以期为该活性成分的深入研究和开发利用提供参考。
