摘要：

<正>脑卒中是严重威胁人类身心健康的主要疾病之一,具有高发病率和死亡率的特点,卒中相关性肺炎(Stroke associated pneumonia,SAP)的发生率高达21.0%～22.0%[1]。我国每年新发卒中病例为200万例左右,而死亡的卒中患者中大约10%死于肺炎[2]。肺炎是脑卒中后常见并发症之一,卒中患者起病急、病情重,一旦卒中后合并肺炎,则显著增加了患者的住院
