摘要：

320排CT在心脏成像中,不仅能缩短扫描时间、减少造影剂的使用、降低射线曝光剂量、较少受快心率及心律不齐的影响;在评价心肌存活和心肌灌注等方面,320排CT也具有很好的应用前景。在本文中,我们将结合本院的初步应用经验和相关文献,试论述宽探测器320排CT与传统多排螺旋CT相比较所具有的优缺点,以及其在心脏检查方面新的应用。
