磁共振T1ρ和T2Mapping技术定量检测腰椎间盘退变的初步研究

摘要
目的:探讨3.0T磁共振T1ρ和T2Mapping定量技术检测腰椎间盘退变的价值。方法:在3.0TMRI上采集健康人T2WI、T1ρ及T2Mapping图像,对椎间盘进行Pfirrmann分级及髓核T1ρ值和T2值的测定,分析T1ρ值、T2值与Pfirrmann分级的关系。结果:T1ρ值及T2值与Pfirrman分级均呈显著负相关(rs=-0.538和-0.665,P=0.000);T1ρ值及T2值显著正相关(r=0.445,P=0.000)。结论:T1ρ弛豫成像及T2Mapping可以定量检测椎间盘组织化学成分的改变,并与椎间盘退变程度显著相关。T1ρ弛豫成像较T2Mapping对早期退变的敏感性更高。
