开放商业模式:性质、实现路径和策略体系

摘要
源于众多益处,开放性在商业模式研究与实践中已引起理论界越来越多的关注。现实中,由于不同企业商业模式开放度差异性的不同,开放商业模式可分为封闭式、分享式、吸引式以及开放式商业模式。开放商业模式的实现也有三种不同的基本路径——由外而内的融合路径,由内而外的分享路径和内外结合的耦合路径。打破组织惯性,寻求与外部创新中介的合作,强化对智力资产及知识产权的系统管理,是增强商业模式开放性的策略与方法。
