自噬与PI3K-AKT/mTOR信号通路在足细胞损伤中的研究进展

摘要
自噬是广泛存在于真核细胞中的生命现象,是生物体在其发育、老化过程中都存在的一个净化自身多余或受损细胞器的共同机制,生命体通过自噬清除细胞废物、进行结构重建以维持蛋白代谢平衡及细胞环境稳定。足细胞是肾脏固有细胞,其损伤是导致肾病蛋白尿和肾小球硬化的重要原因。PI3K-Akt/m TOR是广泛存在于足细胞内的重要信号通路,对足细胞自噬有一定调控作用。本文旨在对PI3K-Akt/m TOR信号通路与足细胞自噬的关系进行综述,以期探讨足细胞损伤所致肾病蛋白尿和肾小球硬化的治疗靶点。
